Weekly Evening Classes

Program Overview

  • Structured classes that emphasize proper progression, discipline, and attention to detail

Training Includes

  • Ballet Technique (core focus on alignment, placement, and classical vocabulary)

  • Conditioning integrated into class to support strength and injury prevention

  • Pointe Training where appropriate in Level 4

  • Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) principles woven into training

  • Musicality and artistry development within exercises and combinations

  • Elements of choreography and movement exploration

What Dancers Will Gain

Daytime Intensive Camps

Program Overview

  • Designed for dedicated dancers seeking focused, high-quality training in a supportive and inspiring environment

  • Led by experienced faculty with an emphasis on strong technical foundation and artistic growth

  • Ideal for dancers looking to maintain and elevate their training over the summer months

Training Includes

  • Ballet Technique (daily classes focused on alignment, strength, and precision)

  • Conditioning for dancers (targeted strength, flexibility, and injury prevention)

  • Pointe Training (or Pre-Pointe for dancers under 11 or new to pointe work)

  • Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)

  • Choreography (group and ensemble work)

  • Contemporary / Lyrical

  • Self-Choreography & Creative Exploration

What Dancers Will Gain
