Program Overview
Designed for dedicated dancers seeking to maintain and further their training over the summer months
Structured classes that emphasize proper progression, discipline, and attention to detail
A supportive and focused environment where dancers are encouraged to grow with confidence
Training Includes
Ballet Technique (core focus on alignment, placement, and classical vocabulary)
Conditioning integrated into class to support strength and injury prevention
Pointe Training where appropriate in Level 4
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) principles woven into training
Musicality and artistry development within exercises and combinations
Elements of choreography and movement exploration
What Dancers Will Gain
Improvement in technical ability, strength, and control
Increased flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness
A deeper understanding of proper alignment and safe training practices
Stronger coordination, balance, and precision in movement

Daytime Intensive Camps

Designed for dedicated dancers seeking focused, high-quality training in a supportive and inspiring environment
Led by experienced faculty with an emphasis on strong technical foundation and artistic growth
Ideal for dancers looking to maintain and elevate their training over the summer months
Training Includes
Ballet Technique (daily classes focused on alignment, strength, and precision)
Conditioning for dancers (targeted strength, flexibility, and injury prevention)
Pointe Training (or Pre-Pointe for dancers under 11 or new to pointe work)
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
Choreography (group and ensemble work)
Contemporary / Lyrical
Self-Choreography & Creative Exploration
